Portion 221 already approved 35 sectional title stands as per document "4] Draughtsmen layout of stands on portion 221”. An option to purchase portion A & B can be added to portion 221 as per attachment "7] 1-3". This has already been negotiated with the owner at a cost of R350 000.00 each, for the new owner’s cost. The size of these areas are 7 hectares each, which is equal to 10 sectional title stands on each. The combined total is then 55 sectional stands for portion 221 with A and B.
